- If cancellation request takes place up to 10 days before the beginning of activity, we will refund 50%. If it takes place less than 10 days before beginning of activity, there will be no refund.

- If after weather evaluation, company decides not to proceed with the activity for the day it was booked, we will refund 100% of the amount.

- Use of jet ski is restricted to people with minimum age of 18 years.

- Use of parachute is restricted to people with minimum age of 14 years.

- For all other activities, parental consent is necessary.
